We will have a PRE-SALE DAY on THURSDAY MARCH 8TH via tickets only from 12PM-6PM*
All outdoor vendors MUST BE SET UP and READY FOR SHOPPERS by THURSDAY AT 12PM*
OPEN MARKET Times will be
12PM - 6PM THURSDAY
9AM - 6PM FRIDAY + SATURDAY.
BREAKDOWN BEGINS AT 6PM ON SUNDAY.
ALL CLEAN UP MUST BE DONE BY MONDAY EVENING*
Vendor may begin set up MONDAY, MARCH 5TH 2018.
We have 20 slots available for this market>>> under our COVERED BARN.
We will also allow 15 outdoor white tents (tents must be provided) for farm goods / homemade goods (down the tree lined drive)

COVERED BARN SPACES are covered under our large METAL OPEN-AIR styled-barn.
Access to electrical, but not guaranteed
Rental does not include table or chairs.

Regular Booth Fee (Covered Barn): $175
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your spot*
Farm good / Home made Good White tent vendor (White tent must be supplied by vendor): $100
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to reserve your spot*
Balance is due MARCH 1ST prior to vendor setup walk through + meeting*
Event will be rain or shine*

All vendors must provide a copy of their business license + sale's tax ID (if applicable) + licensing (if applicable) at the vendor meeting to keep on file****

LOCAL FARMERS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND, ALONG WITH LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES WITH ANTIQUES AND HOMEMADE GOODS.

THE BURCH HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RENTAL TO ANY VENDOR IF THEY DO NOT MEET THE PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS OF THE EVENT AND REFUND ANY DEPOSITS MADE.
THE BURCH HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE EVENT AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO (TWO WEEKS) BEFORE THE SCHEDULED EVENT AND REFUND ALL MONIES PAID SHOULD THE NEED ARISE FOR ANY REASON.
THE BURCH HOUSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OF PROPERTY OR DAMAGES INCURRED WHILE ATTENDING THE MARKET. ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TENDING TO THEIR BOOTHS.
THE BURCH HOUSE IS AN AGRITOURISM FACILITY. UNDER FLORIDA LAW, AN AGRITOURISM OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INJURY OR DEATH OF, OR DAMAGE OR LOSS TO, A PARTICIPANT IN AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY CONDUCTED AT THIS AGRITOUSIM LOCATION.
BY PAYING THIS DEPOSIT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE ABOVE TERMS THAT WILL BE FURTHER DISCUSSED AT THE VENDOR MEETING.
